Miles’ bold use of motion and shape created a unique, but unified, look for Blue Note records during his tenure as graphic designer. Unlike other cardigans, the hefty cotton yarn on this piece holds its shape while still maintaining a soft and easy-wearing hand. The Shop Jacket is designed with a nod towards classic European chore coats. For F20 we’ve paired it with a hefty wide wale corduroy from Japan. Horn buttons with a stamped southwestern motif finish the jacket off. Made in the USA.

The Playscapes shirt is based off Isamu Noguchi’s early sketches for his series of playgrounds. While only one playground of Noguchi’s ever came to fruition, we love to imagine a world in which thoughtful outdoor spaces like his are the norm. In a year marked by a pandemic that kept us inside and homebound, Noguchi’s playscape series has a newfound impact. For SS20, we’ve employed a Japanese cotton fabric with a geometric print motif on our Long Sleeve BD Shirt silhouette. It’s a lightweight cotton that layers well under other garments and is easy to wear in the warmer months ahead. The BD Shirt body is our take on the classic button down shirt complete with a single chest pocket and rounded bottom hem. The shirt is finished with our trademark crossed back yoke and outfitted with grey genuine mother of pearl buttons. Made in the USA.
